FITNESSGRAM Export Procedure

From the Fitnessgram 8 Teacher application select the File menu, then Research Export to start the Research Export Wizard.

Select Teacher as the scope and make sure the two de-identify check boxes are checked, then click Next.

Select All from the School drop down list and then click the Select All button. Click Next.

In the next step enter Wisconsin in Step 1, and select Fitnessgram Data for Step 2.

Select a filename and a location to save the Research Export file. The filename is not important for the export to work, so you may name it any way you like.

You have completed the export. Email the de-identified file to bowser [at] wisc [dot] edu (John Bowser, MS) with the subject heading "Fitnessgram Data - Your School".
